THE CAREER ADVISORY AND GUIDANCE CENTER (CCOC) is pleased to invite TUM students from all study programs (bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate) on Thursday, November 11, 2021, starting at 19.00, on Microsoft Teams, to the online event Webinar with a Professional, in which the guest will be ANDRA PINTICAN, HR Expert with extensive experience in business, Founder of HR School, Trainer, Author, Coach.The theme of the meeting is: How do we build a career in which we feel fulfilled? We’ll be answering questions such as: What does it mean to have a fulfilling career? What are the most common bottlenecks and how can they be overcome? How do we discover our personal mission? Where do we start to build and what does an action plan look like ?, also offering some valuable recommendations and resources for both young graduates and those who want to make a significant change in their careers.
ANDRA PINTICAN is a professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in the business environment. She has founded various projects on Leadership, Organizational Wellbeing, HR Services and Education. Throughout her career she sailed through all the roles of Human Resources to occupy a position of CEO, thus having the opportunity to discover her true passion: people, currently assuming a role of People Advocate, with the mission of finding the more valuable ways to help others.
