C3 Dormitory
The C3 student dormitory, located at Blvd. Gheorghe Șincai, no 16, has been operating since 2011. The dormitory has a capacity of 144 accommodation places distributed in 5 studios and 31 apartments, all modernly furnished and equipped.
The studios are configured as follows: 1 room with 4 beds, wardrobes, dressers, desk, a kitchen, a private bathroom, and 2 restrooms.
The apartments consist of 2 rooms, each with 2 beds, wardrobes, dressers, a desk, a kitchen, a private bathroom, and 2 restrooms. Kitchens are equipped with the following appliances: electric stove, refrigerator, and extractor hood. Each room is equipped with an LCD TV, CATV, Wi-Fi.
The dormitory features an eco-wash laundry service, security, and video surveillance (24/7), study rooms, and a gym.
C5 Dormitory
The C5 student dormitory, also located at Blvd. Gheorghe Șincai, no 16, has been operating since 2015 and has a capacity of 342 accommodation places divided among 2-bed studios and 2-room apartments.
The studios are configured as follows: 1 room with 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 dressers, a desk, a refrigerator, an LCD TV, CATV, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.
The apartments consist of 2 rooms, each with 2 beds, wardrobes, dressers, a desk, a refrigerator, an LCD television, CATV, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.
The dormitory offers an eco-wash laundry service, security, and video surveillance (24/7), study rooms, a gym, free parking within the premises, and paid video-monitored parking located in the basement of the building, accessible through a personalized system.
Access to all means of public transportation is convenient. The distance from the Timpuri Noi campus to the dormitories is approximately a 3-minute walk.
To request accommodation in either of the two dormitories, students must submit a housing request accompanied by a certificate confirming their student status issued by the Secretariat of their respective faculty and a copy of their ID.
Students are required to present the student certificate from the faculty they are enrolled in within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Applications can be sent via email to caminestudentesti@univ.utm.ro, submitted to the Dormitory Administrative Office between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or delivered to the Secretariat of their faculty if they are a student at Titu Maiorescu University.
Accommodation places will be approved and allocated according to the regulations for the organization and functioning of the Student Dormitory posted on the website www.utm.ro. (Regulations)

Accommodation fees in the student dormitories
The monthly fees, expressed in Euros, represent the rent for a place in the University dormitories, depending on the building, surface area, and structure of the apartment, including studios and apartments with 2 or 3 rooms. This also includes the amount of the deposit and the reservation fee for accommodation, upon request, for the summer vacation period.
The accommodation procedure, organization, and functioning of the dormitories, as well as the rights and obligations of the residents, are regulated by the Regulations for the Organization and Functioning of the Student Dormitories at Titu Maiorescu University and by the student services/rental contract concluded between the University and the resident in the dormitory.
