The C3 student dormitory of Titu Maiorescu University, located on Boulevard Gheorghe Şincai, no. 16, has been operating since 2011. The dormitory has a capacity of 144 accommodation units distributed in 5 studios and 31 suites, furnished and equipped modernly.
The studios are configured as follows: 1 room with 4 beds, wardrobes, commode, office, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 toilets.
The apartments have 2 rooms each with 2 beds each, wardrobes, comfortable, office, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchens are equipped with the following appliances: electric hob, fridge, grill. Each room has an LCD TV, cable TV, wireless, air conditioning.
The home has an eco wash, guard and around the clock video surveillance, study rooms, and a gym.
Student Dormitory C5
The C5 student dormitory of Titu Maiorescu University, located on Boulevard Gheorghe Şincai, no. 16, operates since 2015 and has a capacity of 342 seats divided into 2-room studios and 2-room apartments.
The studios are configured as follows: 1 room with 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 chests, desk, refrigerator, LCD TV, cable TV, wireless, air conditioning, kitchen, and bathroom.
The apartments have 2 rooms of 2 beds per room, wardrobes, comforters, desk, refrigerator, LCD TV, cable TV, wireless, air conditioning, kitchen, and bathroom.
The home has an eco wash, security and around the clock video surveillance, study rooms, gym, free parking in the courtyard and paid parking, video-monitored at the basement of the building which can be accessed through a personalized system.
It also provides easy access to all public transportation. And it is within a short distance from TMU Campus, dorms faculties are about a 3 minutes walk away.
Accommodation in one of the two dormitories will be made based on a request for accommodation accompanied by a certificate attesting the status of a student issued by the faculty’s secretariat where the student comes from and a copy of their identity card.
The student will present within a maximum of 30 calendar days the student’s certificate from the faculty to which he/she is enrolled. Applications can be sent by e-mail to caminestudentesti@univ.utm.ro, can be submitted to the office of the administrators from 8:00 to 16:00 or at the secretariat of the faculty to which he belongs, if he is a student of the University Titu Maiorescu.
Occupancy lists will be approved and distributed according to the organization and operation rules of the student hostel displayed on the site www.utm.ro. (Regulations)
