Plan your trip with a destination at Henri Coandă International Airport, the main air gateway to Bucharest

Arrival in Bucharest

From the airport, you can reach the city by train, bus, or taxi:

  • Bus: The Express Line 100 offers a direct connection to the city center. The bus is available 24/7, and tickets can be purchased at the airport.
  • Train: There is also a train service from the airport to Gara de Nord, Bucharest’s main railway station. From there, you can easily reach different parts of the city using the metro.
  • Taxi: Official taxi services are available outside the arrivals terminal. We recommend using authorized taxi companies to ensure a fair and safe ride. Authorized taxis can be ordered from the yellow machines located outside the international arrivals gate (after baggage claim). You will receive a printed ticket with the details of your car.
