Academic international relations are one of the main components of Titu Maiorescu University‘s development strategy, in line with the Bologna Declaration and the new European globalization and pan-European tendencies to create a common area of higher education and research in Europe. The European approach to university education is a defining element of the institution’s identity, in addition to the seriousness and quality of studies in the modern sense of the Bologna concept, namely to prepare students for the global labor market and for the future career. The way a university participates in international academic life, collaborating in programs and projects that stimulate student and teacher mobility is an important criterion for assessing the quality of the institution. TOM’s international relations are constantly developing. Participation in the Lifelong Learning Program, in particular the ERASMUS + Program, has a special significance and trains students and teachers from all faculties.
