  1.  Senate meeting dated 04.12.2018
  • Decision no. 1 / 04.12.2018 – Approval of the modification of the Methodology regarding the filling of the vacant teaching and research positions, according to the provisions of the GD no. 883 / 09.11.2018 regarding the amending and supplementing of the General Competition Methodology for filling the vacant teaching and research positions in higher education and the provisions of Law no. 319/2003 regarding the statute of research and development personnel.
  • Decision no.4 / 04.12.2018 – Approval of the establishment of the General Surgery Clinic II, within the University Hospital of Central Military Emergency “Dr. Carol Davila” and the proposal to appoint Clinical Lecturer, Col. Savulescu Alexandru Florinas, PhD as Clinical Chief.

  • Decision no.8 / 15.01.2019 – Approval of the request for ARACIS to initiate the procedures for periodic external evaluation on the curricula of master’s degree studies at Titu Maiorescu University, as well as on the corresponding master’s degree programs.
  • Decision no.9 / 15.01.2019 – Approval of the request for ARACIS to initiate the procedures for periodic external evaluation on the curricula of doctoral university studies at Titu Maiorescu University, as well as of the doctoral schools related to them.
  • Decision no. 11 / 15.01.2019 – Approval of the proposal of the Faculty of Law regarding the award of the title Doctor Honoris The cause to Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, PhD.

  • Decision no. 15 / 13.02.2019 – Validation of the reports on the competitions for filling the vacant teaching and research positions, for the first semester of the academic year 2018-2019.
  • Decision no. 16 / 13.02.2019 – Approval of the Regulation for organizing and conducting the admission in the cycles of undergraduate and master’s degree studies for the 2019-2020 academic year.
  • Decision no. 17 / 13.02.2019 – Approval of the Regulation for organizing and conducting the license and dissertation exams.
  • Decision no. 21 / 02.2019 – Approval of setting up a number of 2 clinical units within the Private Health Network Regina Maria – Ponderas Academic Hospital, Surgery and Pediatrics, respectively and the recommendation of Professor Ulmeanu Dan Ioan, MD–PhD and Clinical Lecturer Laura Mihaela Ion, MD-PhD for the position of head of the Surgery clinical section, respectively Pediatrics clinical section.

  • Decision no. 25 / 26.03.2019 – Approval of organizing, within the Faculty of Communication Sciences and International Relations, the following study programs: Pedagogy of primary and pre-school education – 3-year bachelor’s degree program, International relations and strategic cooperation – 2-year master’s degree program, Institutional communication and educational management – 2-year master’s degree program.
  • Decision no. 26 / 26.03.2019 – Approval of some modifications and completions to the Regulation regarding the elaboration of the curricula for the programs of university studies and master’s degrees.
  • Decision no.27 / 26.03.2019 – Approval of the request for the ARACIS to initiate the procedures for periodic external evaluation of the curricula of university studies of Informatics master program, as well as of the programs of university studies of masters related to this field.
  • Decision no. 28 / 03.2019 – Approval of the Decision of the Operative Executive Office no. 4 / 15.03.2019, regarding the graduation exams for the graduation of the studies, by the graduates of the bachelor’s and master’s programs from the faculties of Psychology and Law, for the period from June 24 to July 1, 2019.

  • Decision no. 31 / 23.04.2019 – Validation of the Rector’s annual report on the status of the University.
  • Decision no. 32 / 23.04.2019 – Approval of the University’s financial statements for the year 2018 (Balance sheet, Account of the result of the financial year and annexes).
  • Decision no. 33 / 23.04.2019 – Approval of the Regulation regarding the fee nomenclature for the academic year 2019-2020, approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Decision no. 34 / 23.04.2019 – Approval of the general structure of the academic year 2019-2020, approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Decision no.35 / 23.04.2019 – Approval for the graduates of the Pharmacy studies program, the 2019 promotion, from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the UTM to take the graduation exam for the bachelor’s degree studies within the University of the Lower Danube in Galați, the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, September 2019 session.
  • Decision no. 43 / 04.2019 – Approval of the Methodology for organizing and conducting the UTM referendum for choosing the appointing method of the Rector for the 2020-2024 term.
  • Decision no. 44 / 04.2019 – Approval of the Schedule of the referendum for choosing a method for designating the Rector for the mandate 2020-2024 and the related annexes.
  • Decision no. 45 / 04.2019 – Approval of the membership list of the UTM Electoral Bureau and of the technical-administrative commission for logistical support of the Electoral Bureau.
  • Decision no. 46 / 04.2019 – Approval of the calendar for the graduation exams of the studies programs.
  • Decision no. 47 / 04.2019 – Approval of the calendar for the admission contest for the academic year 2019-2020.
  • Decision no.48 / 23.04.2019 – Approval of the name change of the Department of Economy and Sustainable Development, within the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences Tîrgu Jiu, to the name of the Department “Accounting and Management Informatics”.
  • Decision no. 49 / 23.04.2019 – Approval of the completion of the membership list of the Commission for evaluation and quality assurance of the teaching and scientific research activity of UTM, with 3 representatives of the students and of the employers.

  • Decision no. 50 / 27.05.2019 – Approval of the membership list of the commissions for conducting the competitions to fill the vacant teaching and research positions, held in the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019.
  • Decision no. 51 / 27.05.2019 – Validation of the results of the referendum for the choice of the Rector’s appointment method for the 2020-2024 term.
  • Decision no. 54 / 27.05.2019 – Approval for the organization of retake exams, grade and credits increases, for the period from June 17 to July 1, 2019, by the students of the academic years I-IV, enrolled in the curricula of the Faculties of Medicine and Dental Medicine.

  • Decision no. 58 / 12.06.2019 – Approval of the establishment of the Department of Postgraduate Medical, Dental-Medicine and Pharmaceutical Education.
